:Yes. I did a quick test @ exactly 75 ranks of PP. In 50 rooms, 27 PERCEIVES received Normal messaging (no improving) 23 received the Improving messaging. |

Hi there. Did you do testing to confirm your change to the Mana Level page regarding "Normal" being 75+ ranks? I'm only asking because the original value of 100+ was from this GM post:
