Of a deep green, the emerald is a favorite of the Elothean [[Lorethew]], who spent enormous sums to carve the gem into artistic shapes. Faceted along each curve, for example, a winter emerald in the shape of a spiral appears twice its size and glitters wonderfully in even the lowest light. Glacier Emerald
