Appearance

You see Neighbor Gnela, a Gnome Neighbormancer.
She has sparkling violet eyes, a small nose and dimples. Her strawberry-streaked deep purple hair is pixie-cut and peppered with glittery highlights, and is worn artfully tousled. She has smooth skin and a pair of resplendent spun glitter fairy wings tracing a shimmering halo around a scrawny figure.
She is tiny for a Gnome with a gingerpine donut drenched in white icing topped with rainbow sapphire sprinkles floating lazily around her right wrist.

She is wearing a fractalline sun hat with a wide brim, a colorful triple-stranded necklace of spiced gumdrops, a chocolate-brown apron with frilly vanilla-white ruffles, a lumpy fractalline gelapod with zoetaen-tipped eyestalks, an airy tea-length dress adorned with colorful fae-weave silk scarves, a triple-looped coralite chain bracelet, a black gold oath ring inset with a tiny hourglass capped in light green jade, a pink udder-shaped felt gem pouch, a well-used iroko cookie carrier smeared with chocolaty fingerprints and some fractalline dancing slippers bound around the ankle by whorled ivory laces.

Paladin Soup

You exclaim, "It is I!"
Rzin asks, "Is it you??"
You exclaim, "It is!"
Rzin says, "Maybe it's gnot."
You say, "So I heard about this thing called...Paladin soup."
You say, "It's like turtle soup but you cook a Paladin and eat it out of its own armor."
Rzin asks, "I will try anything once. Who are we roasting?"
You say, "I can't seem to find any recipes, though, or butchers willing to quarter a Paladin."
Rzin says, "Oh. I can find you one."
You ask, "A Paladin or a Butcher?"
Rzin says, "Butcher. I don't typically associate with those overly zealous types."
You exclaim, "We're halfway to soup then!"
You say, "The recipe can't be that hard right, cut, cook, consume."
Rzin says, "And all the way to hungry."

And thus, a recipe was concocted and gifted to Jaelia at her Circle Celebration:

  
 
   Dear JaeJae,

   I'm sorry I cannot stay long at your party.  If I were a necromancer, which I am not, but if I were, it would not be good for me to hang out too long at a shrine.

   I do have a gift for you, however, since you recently turned 100th circle in your Guild.

   I would like you to have your very own copy of my recipe for Paladin Soup.

   Follow these instructions carefully:

   1.  Take your Paladin to Rzin's Butcher friend, have them chunked and cubed appropriately.  Keep the armor intact.

   2.  Add Lemons.

   3.  Add some flour and peccary fat to a pot, and stir on low to medium heat to make a roux.

   4.  Add some water and lots of wine, bring to a boil.

   5.  Add Paladin.  Let stew for hours, this should come naturally for them.

   6.  Taste for seasoning, some will already be salty, if not, add more salt.

   7.  With a large ladle, spoon soup into one of the plate pauldrons, both if you are having company, or just really really hungry.

   8.  Top the bowl with a nice gremolata and keep some dry toast drizzled with olive oil nearby for dipping.

   Important Note:  Guard this recipe with your life, in the wrong hands it will be woefully prepared, and no one needs to see a Paladin cry before they eat them.
