Confirmation?

I'm not an expert on this, but I'm pretty sure S'lai predate the war. I vaugely remember them being used as guards for the Trader and Moonie guild and being not being fans of Familiars, but I might be confusing them with another creature.

They do predate the war. S'lai Screamers first appeared in 350 AV (April 97)[1]. Other incarnations of S'lai, including the much beloved familiar gobbling type, have been around longer than that. The Sorrow conflict began 359 AV (1999-2000 ?). --Ogoh 11:13, 29 January 2008 (CST)
Did i read somewhere they they are distantly related to S'kra?--Rawkus 11:57, 29 January 2008 (CST)
The guardians for the moon mage guild started with a Y' something IIRC. I remember them slapping around a few people for annoying them back in the day. I can't remember exactly what they are now. I didn't put when the S'lai creatures appeared cause I didn't know that. Just who created them and that they were used during the Sorrow war. Sorrow was around long before the war began. You can add the date they appeared in the realms if you wanna. --Kittn 16:55, 29 January 2008 (CST)
Ah Y'Shai are the moonie guardians. Sounds similar. But they're much much much smarter than the s'lai, meaner too I'd wager. --Kittn 16:58, 29 January 2008 (CST)
