Considering that he never removed or formally resigned, most people believe Rahanar to still be a member of the Cleric's Guild. It is not publicly known that Rahanar is affiliated with Necromancers and only a few of the highest ranking House of the Rowan Branch members are aware of The Great Work.<br>
Much has changed since leaving his station under Esuin as Grand Master Cleric to devote himself to his House. Little is known about the actions and intentions of The House of the Rowan Branch and his time there has drastically changed him, mentally and physically. Rahanar does not consider himself a Necromancer since he does not create Risen or Zombies. He believes himself to be a Philosopher of the House of the Rowan Branch, seeking knowledge to complete The Great Work and Arcane power to further the interests of his House.. and possibly himself, to move beyond the control of The Thirteen.<br>
