These are one use items, and will be consumed when you RAISE them. They can only be used indoors, and the starstone will create a portal to the outside sky.
The portal appears as "an undulating inter-dimensional window" and can be EXAMINED.
Raise
Raising your glowing starstone over your head. As it begins to softly glow, you release it. A brief wave of disorientation washes outward as reality itself tears itself wide open, leaving an undulating window offering a clear view of the sky overhead.
Study
As you carefully examine a faintly glowing starstone, tiny inclusions within the material twinkle.
Focus
You focus your magical senses on a faintly glowing starstone. As you recognize a pattern of Lunar magic, a vision of twinkling stars and bright moonlight against the backdrop of a cloudless night's sky fills your mind. You believe you could RAISE the starstone toward the sky.
