The number of chokes required to kill the target varied, as well as the RT incurred to do so. Everything up to 1000 skill range required three chokes to break the neck with 8 seconds of RT. The arthelun cabalists were six choke attempts and also 8 seconds of RT. The Ice Archons were somewhere above that, but broke my choke too often to test well as they are at-level... they were also 15-16 seconds of hard RT which complicated the testing.<br />

This was working as of 12/5/2017. There were reports of it working on various ranges of brawling, as low as 130.
Working as of 16/04/2023- Circle 1 Barbarian 16-Str 15-Brawling 3 chokes to kill a shipyard rat.


PVE
