The initial release of Skinning 3.0 will only be changing the base "skin" items. Teeth, talons, eyeballs, organs, bones, tentacles and the like are still going to behave as they always did. As I get around to rewriting the systems that use them, they'll get changed over in turn.

As for arrowheads, I can see the complete arrow having properties determined by the flights (balance), the wood (suitability), and the arrowhead. Generally speaking with C3.0 I am hoping to give natural arrowheads an advantage with accuracy, and forged arrowheads an advantage to damage. There will also be different types of arrows that can be made that set the base stats from which everything else is determined.
