Description:	The Burn spell concentrates an intense beam of light or shadows on its target, scorching it or setting it on fire. Even the power of Katamba can be focused into burning the target severely, but only when it is the only available source of luminescence.
Example Messaging:	Regular: A brilliant beam descends from the sky and shrinks into a tiny point centered on a fendryad. The beam devastates the abdomen in a massive cloud of steaming gobbets of flesh and boiling splatters of blood! Katamba: A thick shadowy mass gathers in the air and coalesces into a dark pall upon a fendryad. The pall chars the abdomen until its skin cracks like burning timber, releasing the rapidly evaporating moisture in a small rush of crimson-stained vapor!

Notes

• "Death From Above" spell (i.e., negates shield).
• Does fire damage.
• Requires the sun or at least one moon above horizon.
• If night and only Katamba is in the sky, the spell has special messaging to reflect that.
