Testing to be done
Encumbrance Testing
Current Overall Stones should be: 1620 - Untested
After testing weight, will test additions to str/sta.
Will test for new characters as well
Shop Urbaninty Testing
Test shops to determine thief bonus for them (how many shops are urban, 'degree' of urbanization, and percent that are neutral or worse.
