Babble
Role-playing command for babbling incoherently, used to convey a sense of talking too much or having nothing at all to say. It can be aimed at yourself, another person, a creature, or an object.
BABBLE

You see: You babble unintelligibly for a while.
Others see: <Name> babbles incoherently.

BABBLE <self>
You see: You babble to yourself, and strangely enough, you understand every word of it!
