Jostak Van-Zant of The Locksmith Union, a Halfling. You have slightly pointed ears and tilted green eyes. Your dark brown hair is short and straight, and is worn slicked back away from your face. You have tanned skin and a well-muscled build. You are unusually talk for a Halfling. You are a naptaker. (96) You have a sparse goatee. Your forearm has a tattoo of a faded identification number.

You are totally enveloped in a dark cloak, concealing all but a sharply curved haralun-bladed combat falcata with a serpentine-hide grip in your right hand.

You tap a sharply curved haralun-bladed combat falcata with a serpentine-hide grip that you are holding.

The utilitarian design of this weapon has forsaken all decorative features for combat effectiveness.  The haralun blade curves sharply downward forming a concave arc, and an additional edge has been ground on the backside.  All exposed metal retains its original matte finish to reduce reflected light.  A closed handguard protects the wielder's hand, and the grip is wrapped in serpentine-hide leather in an alternating pattern.  The initials "C. M." are stamped onto the butt of the hook-shaped hilt.

• Started playing approximately 2003
• Adopted and taught the way of the land by Martee, Branwen, Taygar, Necimar, Cyiarriah, Elriic, and Anghmar.
• Friend of Anghmar, who was played by William Howdeshell. KIA in Iraq, 2007. RIP my friend.
• Has a fierce hatred for Ogres
• An original Thief, when secrecy was key to survival. Neither confirms or denies to being a Thief, even to this day.
• Is a master small bladed weapon smith with his own mark, as well as a master of metallurgy.
• During the Outcast war he was often mistaken for Pirate Captain Jourok and killed on accident.
• Severely hated by Wyren, who would often use Jostak as a target for rogue moon gates.

Adventures

• Was a young boy during the events of the Gorbesh War, which lead to his desire to defend his homeland during the lead up to the Outcast War.
• Fought red sash pirates with the Z.E.F as a teenager.
• Joined the Locksmith Union under Kraelyst the Hand.
• Decided he didn't enjoy the ocean and instead enlisted with the Zoluren Dragoons in 374. Climbed through the ranks and commissioned as Lieutenant in 378
• Served as a long range scout during the Outcast war, moving unseen past enemy barricades and reporting enemy movement via albredine rings from all corners of the realms.
• One of the few Halflings in the realm known to ride a horse.
• Has attended a royal ball at Ulf'Hara keep with the Vorclaf family.
• Fought side by side with Kalag Ka'Hurst during the destruction of the old Thieve's Guild.
• Took part in the final assault on the Gorbesh fortress during the Outcast war.
• Helped defeat Naarg.
• Helped defeat and imprison Grishnok.
• Left the realms after the events of Lyras, the death of Vorclaf, and the destruction of Ulf'Hara Keep. It is rumored he is still sighted from time to time.
