She is encountered only rarely, sometimes in the wilds, sometimes skulking around the edges of civilization. While some have tried to engage her, most attempts have succeeded only in causing her to run off. She herself seems to choose to engage with others, sometimes leaving little gifts of gems or food as near than as she dares. There is only one report of her ever speaking, but even this seemed to be gibberish: "gem-ah" or something like that. The woman who solicited this response from her also reported her crying, again the only instance of this known in any interaction.

Despite this seeming antisocial nature, she regularly joins in battle against common invading enemies. She has been seen attempting to protect others during such fights, and breaking off from battle to drag the dead and injured from the battlefield. She seems to be skilled in first aid, as well as hand-to-hand combat.

She seems to have an affinity for those involved in trade, as those working the routes are the ones who most frequently report contact with her, with her trailing them at a safe distance, and occasionally feeding oxen from her own supplies. These traders say that she is most likely to turn up near Stone Clan, which aligns with other reports of sightings of her near a burnt-out cabin that sits close to the south bank of the river in Sorrow's Reach.
