Role-playing command to struggle with an item, dance move on the dance floor, and used for a certain quest.
DIP <item>

You see: You struggle with <item> but that doesn't seem to do anything.
Others see: <Player> struggles with <item>.


Messaging when used on a DANCE FLOOR

DIP
You see: You dip backwards, hands upraised for balance, then straighten up again.
Others see: <Player> dips backwards, his/her hands upraised for balance, then straightens up again.
