Weather
Command to check the weather, and can be used to determine whether you are in an indoor or outdoor type room. For RP purposes, you look up at the sky.
WEATHER (while outdoors) You see: You glance up at the sky. + <weather conditions> Others see: <Player> glances up at the sky. WEATHER (while indoors with a door/window/portal opening to outdoors)> You see: You glance outside. + <weather conditions> WEATHER (while indoors)> You see: That's a bit hard to do while inside.

Some doors/portals allow the use of the PEER command to see the room outside but do not allow you to check the weather.
Unlike OBSERVE WEATHER, this can be used while in RT or combat.
