Jappal was named King's Wiseman of the Outland Tribe, when Tiso retired. Though some noted he is not as tactful as the previous Wiseman, he does work hard to promote the Outcast culture.
It is also a little known fact that he has no less then 3 wives. Which gives credence to his passionate nature.

In the last part of year 397 to very recently, Jappal was taken hostage, interrogated, and tortured. Though he has no absolute proof of the identity of his captors. Jappal found a Immortal Rutilor card left behind, when he escaped from his imprisonment.

Description

You see Jappal Mic-irr of Velaka, a Human. Jappal has mismatched eyes, one crystal green and the other black. His red hair is very long and straight, and is worn tied back. He has tanned skin. He has a tattoo of a shadowy black moongate rippling beside a messy red splotch on the ground on his forearm. He is in good shape.

He is wearing some mail gloves, a pale silver prayer bead chain, a supple black leucro hide pack clasped with a gleaming silver fang, some iron knee spikes, some jagged rock crystal knuckleguards, a crocodile-skin buckler, a sand-scarred chain hauberk, a chain balaclava, some pitted steel-toed footwraps, a deep blue hide sack, a thigh bag crafted from cream and grey wool tweed, a leather thigh bag heavily-beaded in cambrinth with the image of a fierce panther, an albredine crystal ring, a jadeite gwethdesuan, a kyanite gwethdesuan, a black nightsilk cloak clasped with an intricately carved ivory lion's paw, a brushed silver cloak pin set with a tiny glass figure of a flame-wreathed lion filled with glittering sand, a silver belt knife capped with a large ruby, a polished belt frog with an engraved scimitar hanging from it, a black leather weapons belt crowded with scrimshaw scenes of the desert, a green gem pouch, and some engraved elbow spikes.

History

Not allot is known of Jappal before he took up primary residence in Riverhaven. But since his appearance, he is noted by most as a very friendly and considerate man. The one time apprentice of Lionsole. He is referred too by a couple of people as The Guardian. When I inquired about this, I was told Jappal took over the guarding of a rarely known location of someplace called the Vault of Artifacts. Akin to the Hall of Relics, but not open for public display. The Vault holds some the Lands most treasured Artifacts, such as Lanivals' Weapon, and the Staff of Stone, which is rumored to convert the energy of the Stones located near Riverhaven.

He joined the Order of Dragon Shield in the hopes of helping the Order to protect Riverhaven, and its citizens. It was not too long after his joining that he was voting onto the council of ODS. Where he served with honor and pride. Known in the Order as one that wanted peace and harmony, he pushed for the open acceptance of the guests, and treaties allies the Outcasts, within Theren. Though met with sometimes overwhelming opposition to his proposals for more open relations with the Outcasts, Jappal never backed down from helping Outcasts, be more involved in Theren activities.

After a dishonest and insulting display of rudeness to the Outcasts in Theren by some of Therens' Nobles, and by members of ODS, Jappal decided to leave ODS. It was not easy choice for him. As was told to me by a close friend of Jappal, that he was heartbroken. After his leaving Jappal traveled the World and studied in several locations, and absorbed new cultures, from Hib to the Islands. After his traveling Jappal felt a call to some friends he had made while in Theren, and decided to follow his heart.

Jappal joined the Outlander Outcasts, and has been a proud member ever since. He has resumed his novice helping projects and continues to assist any that needs a Moongate, or just plain help. Though now he does it with Outcast pride and honor.

Jappal was named King's Wiseman of the Outland Tribe, when Tiso retired. Though some noted he is not as tactful as the previous Wiseman, he does work hard to promote the Outcast culture.

In the last part of year 397 to very recently, Jappal was taken hostage, interrogated, and tortured. Though he has no absolute proof of the identity of his captors. Jappal found a Immortal Rutilor card left behind, when he escaped from his imprisonment.
