Description:	The Air Blast cantrip will produce a focused blast of warm air around the person you GESTURE at. If the target is wet, this will dry him off.
Effect:	dries accumulated moisture
Messaging:	You gesture, and a strong warm breeze swirls around you, quickly drying your feet. You gesture, and a faint breeze blows on copper zills, but it's already dry.
