Syntax: TRAIN
This verb is only usable in certain areas, and it is used in order to increase your statistics at the cost of TDPs. TRAIN once to discover if you are at a training location, and TRAIN again to accept the cost and gain in a statistic.
You can either TRAIN to train the stat a single time or TRAIN # to train the stat to that # all at once.
