Owner of Elver Rummeltum's Home and Garden Supplies.

Elver Rummeltum is a plump Halfling man with age-spotted hands and a wispy fringe of white hair around his balding head. His watery blue eyes peer out at the world through a pair of silver-rimmed spectacles. Gardening tools carelessly stuffed in any available pocket of his green vest or brown tweed trousers give his clothes a rumpled, baggy look.
