| The [ALIGN TRANSMOGRIFY] conversion rate is based on skill.
It ranges from "Really bad" to "Fairly good". There's also a skill check to let you keep your reserve if you'd overfill the new pool. Keep in mind there's no cool down on this so if it was anywhere near 100% efficient eventually there would no longer be a need to care what you observed, which is not a situation I want to see us in. | |
