Hmm, I suspect the problem is the system feels the Tier 11 stuff is too hard for you. But, the bonuses from ingredients, tools and possibly your career/hobby allow you to get 95-98% quality. When I first balanced the exp I probably assumed everyone was using storebought equipment, which would yield qualities of 70% on those Tier 11 items. I'll poke more at it this weekend.
Workability is also a large range. The lowest workability materials can more than double the difficult of crafting. | |
