Retan Dolomars are bizarre beasts inhabiting Hara'jaal. They are occasionally hunted for their poison glands which are used to make thief poison. They seem to have slightly reduced evasion for their level while being very resistant to piercing and slashing damage, though not as pronounced as kartais . Impact and high suited for strength weapons (katar, mattock, various axes) seem to work well. They have an engagement cap of 4. Soft cap on weapons becomes more severe as ranks approach 350. |

Description
The retan dolomar is a squat, many-legged beast with a hard carapace. Rivaling a yak in mass, the dolomar has been known to kill and eat almost anything it could sink its pincers into. Desert legend suggests that it is this very beast that destroyed the entire population of the West Palms Oasis and halted trade to the northern and western quarters of the desert all together.
