Just dinged 300 in Brawling which also happens to be my highest weapon skill and this title appeared.
Can confirm the 300 weapon requirement, medium blunt just crossed that line and I have the title.

Also have 373 appraisal, 329 concentration, 50 stamina, 68 discipline (so 168 "fatigue") --Hithrael 17:37, 26 December 2011 (UTC)
