According to Temple Researcher Ayoe, people are sainted generally for holy acts, that inspire faith or something to promote the Pantheon. This is done after their deaths, generaly after quite a bit of debate and research.
There are supposedly 15 known saints, but the only two that have been mentioned so far are Ilysia and Lirisa.
