[Hilabete's Delicious Predictions]
Across the front of the shop to the east runs a frieze of odd-looking animals: round-bodied birds with long beaks, long skinny necks and legs, and little flapping wings. The creatures are painted a rainbow of bright hues, and six objects shaped and colored just like the pictures are spaced along the gutter under the eaves, perhaps serving as rainspouts of some kind. You also see a muscular cloud-grey leopard with fiery rosettes and a wheeled pushcart with a tray of toasty-looking fortune cookies on it.
