Depending on where you find him and if he's met you before he's either a farm boy who left a life of digging in the dirt to explore the great, wide world or an out-of-work Paladin's squire looking for his own way in life. He's claimed he's a Barbarian, Ranger, Trader and once even an Empath.
Various accents makes him hard to place and his method of speech ranges from the eloquent to barely literate. The only steady thing about him is that he enjoys the ladies, even the grumpy ones.
Quote: Coulin says, "Some ladies you can have a'chat wif an' that's a fine thing cause you can enjoy their company and the look a'em. Then 'gan some ladies don't want nuffin to do wif a charmer and just as soon spit as look at ya. Those are the ones you enjoy from a ways back, mind. They all lovely though an' there's nuffin wrong with makin' em smile."
