Light plate. Not one of the recommended armors as a primary armor, however, it can be very useful in multi armor setups. It is most often mixed with Heavy Plate and this setup is used most often by Paladins. It is also most often used as the starting point of a 4 or more multi-armor training setup. The ONLY forged armors that cover ONLY the torso are the the LP Breastplate or LC Lorica, and the LP Breastplate is by far the most protective of the two.
