Appearance

You are Ruea Aensworth of Elanthia, an Elf. You have a heart-shaped face with pouting lips, pointed ears, sparkling silver eyes and a straight nose. Your platinum hair is very long and straight, and is worn in a deceptively careless-looking arrangement of upswept locks held in place by an etched elven silver crescent moon haircomb set with tiny moonstone chips. You have tanned skin and a slender figure. You are tiny for an Elf. You are an adult. You are in good shape.

You are wearing an intricate moonstone lily dangling from a fragile silver chain, a white gold and moonstone wedding torque, a quiver, a snow-white spidersilk backpack hung with dozens of crystal icicles, a corseted silver brocade gown with gracefully draping triple-stranded pearl straps, a small chain bracelet set with dangling crystal teardrops, an albredine crystal ring, a platinum engagement ring set with a brilliant diamond rose and a leather scabbard.

History

Ruea was born in a nondescript forest in "the south", which is all she's interested in saying regarding it. Her parents worked as traders, and she learned Common from the sailors who came to do business with her father. These men were usually backwater and rough around the edges which has resulted in her having a strong accent, and a tendency to become vulgar when irritated. She was a loved child, but her parents were fairly distracted. Eventually she got bored and decided to see what else there was to do in the world.

After wandering through the Crossing, she was quickly adopted by Taleek Rippentropp. She does not, however, identify as a member of the Rippentropp group. After relocating to Ilithi to be closer to her new father, she became friends with and quickly married Kougen Aensworth.

Personality

Best known for her love of shopping and playful attitude, she's been called "Spoiled" and "Princess" often enough that they're practically nick-names. Ruea, or "Ru" as she prefers to be called, has never acted entitled. Because of her ordinary beginnings she is very aware of how unusual her situation is. She is genuinely sweet natured, and because of this people tend to respond well to her. She often comes across as shallow or flighty, but there is some suspicion as to whether this is affected or genuine.
