Crossing Perc Health - Uses the latest map set - Updated 7/14/09 for new mana levels and to cast GS.

HW/HS script - Does not adjust mana based on wound severity (yet), but heals pretty quickly.

Empath Charging script - Wound costs have been adjusted as of 7/18/09 to assess more correctly.

Young Ogres	95?
Blood Wolves	100?

chat logs with a friend in AIM where I pretty much had kept track of when our empaths were able to perceive things.

I'm suspecting mental stats may play a part?

These take place over a few weeks:

me: my old empath started percing other people at around 60 pp and empathy

friend: I can't do perc health yet.
me: nobody?
me: what is your pp
me: and empathy
friend: 38
friend: 30

friend: Can you see non-empaths yet w/perc health?
me: once in a great while
me: 52 pp and 64 empathy

me: I think she's percing others consistently now
me: at 60 pp
me: and 73 empathy

friend: I still can't perc others consistently though. :(
friend: 75e/69pp
