NEWS article 5-9:
Dateline 3/13/2002: CANCELLING ACCOUNTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS |
If you need to cancel an account and/or subscription, please do one of the following: |
1) Best Method: Use the My Account section of the website (http://www.play.net/dr/account/cancel.asp) to send the request. You can choose what you want cancelled (full account, one entire game in particular, Premium service, Platinum service, extra character slots, etc). Since you're writing to us while logged in, we won't need to ask you for security information. |
2) Second-best method: Write an e-mail to cancel@simutronics.com. In the body of the letter, include: |
- Account Name |
- Answer to security question (probably Mom's maiden name) |
- What you want cancelled |
We will handle your request and send a confirmation within 5 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation, please resubmit your request. |
