Dateline 3/21/2005: EVENT TICKETS - TRADE, GIFT, TRANSFER & UPGRADE PROCESS |
Due to the frequency of modifying event tickets, with current and past events, this is to document the process for requesting the trading, gifting, transferring or upgrading of a ticket an account currently holds. |
Many customers have questions on whether this can be done, let alone how to go about doing it. Outside of writing to quests@simutronics.com, there is no method available for performing these requests. In some cases, when tickets are being traded between accounts and/or between event runs, both parties will be required to submit their information for verification and authorization. There is a service charge for performing these actions, which by default is charged to account the ticket is coming from. If the receiving side is paying this fee, they must submit the request form below authorizing the charge. In rare cases, this fee may be waived. Note - Wedding inquiries are not subject to this procedure and are handled by the Wedding staff who can be reached at drweddings@simutronics.com. |
To make these requests go through as quickly and easily as possible for all parties (staff and player alike), we have come up with the following list of questions that should be submitted with these requests, for a smooth transition. Any other questions should be directed to quests@simutronics.com. |
