Dateline 1/2/2002: ACCOUNT INFORMATION UPDATES

From Feedback and Billing:

As many of you know, both the Feedback and Billing departments depend on up to date information to be able to process information requests, return mail, and send out notices. Without the proper information, it is difficult or impossible to respond to any billing problems or to any letters sent to feedback. If you have moved since you opened your account, or changed your phone number or e-mail address, please take a minute to update that information on the billing page.

Without that information:

* Feedback is unable to respond when you send in a request.

* Requests of the billing department can take longer, or go unprocessed.

* Lost passwords cannot be replaced.

Updating that information takes generally less than five minutes, and that information is only used by us. We do not sell the customer list, nor do we send out mail not dealing with the games. If you do not want to receive mail there is always the option to turn off the forwarding ability. That will block unrequested mail. For requested mail, Feedback and Billing have the ability to bypass the block. You get the mail you request, and nothing more.

Take a few minutes, follow the links through "Billing" and "View My Account Information," and update your information. That simple step means that when you need a response from us we can get one to you.
