Feeble light from an ancient lantern does little to lessen the shadows filling the corners of the repair shop. Ylono huddles behind a rickety wooden table covered with scraps of leather used for his repairs. A smoke-stained banner hung from the rafters proudly proclaims, "Best Repairs in Elanthia!" You also see a dirt-smudged sign hanging precariously from one wall.
The sign reads:
LEATHER ARMOR REPAIR DONE HERE!
We only work on standard armor items!
All quotes for work are final!
All repairs are to be paid for in advance!
All times quoted are approximate (real) times!
You *must* have your repair ticket to retrieve
your items. No exceptions!
No! You cannot watch us work!
For a quote, hold the item in your right hand and
APPRAISE <item>.
To have an item repaired, give it to Ylono.
To check on the status of your item give the ticket to
Ylono or examine the ticket yourself.
To retrieve your item, hold the ticket in your
right hand and type: Give Ylono

ASK YLONO FOR REPAIR ALL: repair items in bulk when worn or held in hands

While the sign in the shop indicates leather goods only, this shop will also repair weapons and metal armor in addition to leather armor.
