Woolly Tanglefoot was quite the adventurer in his day, and his family is the largest and most influential in Arthe Dale. Time has caught up with him, though, and these days he spends his time puttering around Arthe Dale, where you can still find him happily enjoying Halfling life. Woolly is the descendent of Arthe Dale's founder Daffleberry Tanglefoot, and the current leader of House Tanglefoot.

Woolly is the Wandering Halfling found in Arthe Dale.

Effective the first day of the year 409, in the year of the Amber Phoenix, was retired as Chairman of the Zoluren High Council, he was succeeded by Myerin Chelochi, Leader of House Chelochi.

Description (as the Wandering Halfling)

The elderly Halfing man has a craggy, weathered face. His hair sits atop his head in a huge fuzzy white mop, and his eyes are bright blue and cunning. He wears an old worn-out jacket, and a lumpy sack is attached to his belt. He rests periodically, leaning against the gnarled walking stick that he carries in his right hand.
He is a naptaker for a Halfling.
