A zealous Drogorian Priestess and an Inquisitor of the Temple.

Appearance

You see Inquisitor Whiteburn, Sea Serpent of Drogor, a S'Kra Mur.
She has an elongated face with a vicious scar riven through the scales from brow to chin, wild slitted eyes, one livid marine-blue and one filmed over by a milky-white cataract and an elegant snout, white scales, a straight tail and a lean figure.
She is tall for a S'Kra Mur.
She appears to be young.
Her right palm has a tattoo of a triskelion formed by a blacktip brine shark, a goblin brine shark and a blue brine shark positioned tail-to-tail.

She is wearing a long ceremonial headdress crowned with sharktooth blossoms, a rough leather eyepatch, a caliginous greatcloak bristling with haemic spines, a stormy azure sacrificial Drogorian trident, a heavy tapestry cassock with coils of electric eels illustrated in a black sea, a matte-black darkstone rasha'hhsograth accented with anlora-avtoma lightning bolts, a silver tail barb and some black slippers.

The Altar of the Storm

In the year 419, a great miracle occurred outside the East Gate of Riverhaven. A Prydaen worshiper named Zhirrisk Dozypaws built a crude altar by the ruins of the broken bridge and the Priestess Whiteburn held a brief ceremony, consecrating the area in Drogor's name. With the blessing of the Lord of Storms, the site was sanctified. The altar, covered in both the blood of faithful followers as well as those foolish enough to attempt to defile it, is the first and only such holy place dedicated to Drogor in all of Therengia. Whiteburn was elated; after years of bitter struggle to bring worship and knowledge of the Dark One to the North, the people now had a place to pray. She spends much of her time there, preaching the tenets and dogmata of her god. Aside from a few disgruntled Riverhaven officials, much of the public outcry against Drogor's presence in the area has died down. It remains to be seen whether the Priestess and her associate will face punishment from the Barony for their part in the anointment of the altar.
