note on LT and HT items

Just so you know, unless an item has a different appraisal, you don't need to enter the stats a second time. So if something is a HB/HT, just enter the HB stats then flag it as an HT in the second line. Great updates, by the way! --TEVESHSZAT (talk) 21:10, 20 January 2018 (CST)
