A template for setting up crafting template tables.
The first variable determines which it's set up for.

Variable "h" determines if there is a table title and what it is. Note that for unknown reasons, adding a title will disable sorting.
Variable "co" determines if the table is collapsible.
Variable "d" determines if durability is shown, with "-" disabling.
Variable "c" determines if construction and durability are shown, with "-" disabling.
