The RT section is no longer correct. A fresh character with 7 attunment is getting RTs between 6-9 seconds. Propose changing to:

The default roundtime for perceiving mana varies between 6 and 9 seconds. Every 60 ranks of Attunement the minimum and maximum roundtimes drop by 1 second up to 180 ranks (3-6 seconds). Every 60 ranks after 180 the maximum roundtime drops by 1 second until 360 ranks when every perceive will take 3 seconds.
