:I know this is old and you've probably moved past, but for anyone that comes along, AE or FF are fine until you get FOU, then that should become your default training spell for TM. I know this is old and you've probably moved past, but for anyone that comes along, AE or FF are both fine (though I'd recommend FF since you get all the strikes "instantly") until you get FOU, then that should become your default training spell for TM.
