[Silvermist Estate, Lake Serenity]
Sunlight dances over the surface of the lake like the facets of a glowing sunstone. The cool water laps against the shore in a soothing repetitive rhythm that engenders serenity. Unseen currents create eddies and the occasional bubble that gently stirs the surface. A series of worn riverstone slabs create an elegant walkway canopied with delicately sculpted arches leading towards several ornate goldenoak lady's couches curtained by silken weeping willow branches draped in billowing opalescent Elven silk. A myriad of luxurious cushions have been strewn across the couches to provide additional comfort. Across the lake, the distant arches and platforms of the Silvermist family home can be seen curling around the trees. A silvery mist rises up to hide the uppermost levels of the platforms amid the sana'ati and mistwood forest on the opposite shore of the lake. A small sana'ati wood dock provides a mooring for the Elven skiff afloat on the surface of the lake. You also see a graceful sana'ati gate carved with elegant ivy vines and a simple swing hanging from an Ilithi peach tree and a winding path paved with goldstone bricks. Obvious paths: none.

Small schools of colorful fish swim near the shore's edge, darting just under the surface of the water.
TOUCH lake:
As you touch the surface of the lake, small schools of inquisitive royal sturgeon and unicorn bream drift toward your fingers but dart off before you can touch them!
LOOK at tree:
While a handful of peaches can be found on the lower branches, higher up out of reach are many more on heavily laden limbs. The soil at the base of the tree shows signs of being disturbed, a clear indication that the tree did not grow here natively.

LOOK at an ornate goldenoak lady's couch draped in billowing opalescent Elven silk:

Elegantly crafted to provide a comfortable place to recline, the couch easily offers enough space for a couple to rest. Autumnal hues create a rich tapestry of color that seems to melt into the surroundings. A series of gossamer silks have been draped around the willow branches that shield the occupants providing an air of serenity and privacy. A selection of luxurious quilts and furs are stacked near the foot of the couch to offer additional warmth during the colder evenings and nights.

LOOK at an Elven skiff bearing the Silvermist family crest and some cursive script on the bow:

Exquisite sana'ati heartwood has been sculpted into a simple yet elegant Elven skiff. Leaf-shaped oars are stowed neatly along the side of the vessel. Delicately carved seats at the center of the skiff have been covered in richly embroidered silk cushions while ornate benches provide both storage and seating for larger groups. Etched along the bow, a cluster of moonflowers circled by stylized flames creates the Silvermist family crest next to the elegant cursive script.
There appears to be something written on it.
An Elven skiff reads:

[Silvermist Estate, Mine]
Arranged around a series of frequently trodden tunnels that lead off in different directions, mine carts rest on expertly maintained rails, each overflowing with volumes of raw ore and rough cut stones. Near the goldstone path leading out of the mine is a small wash basin that boasts a jug, along with a stack of clean towels. Showcasing a collection of masterfully crafted weapons and armor of Elven and Prydaen design, an understated dragonwood display case takes advantage of one of the many gaethzen lanterns overhead. The glowing central forge is surrounded by stacks of hammered uthamar sorting trays, each laden with rarities such as faceted ice and twilight sapphires, polished thealstones and brilliant-cut cloudstones. An expansive dragonwood archway etched with Elven ivy leaves and surmounted by a moonsilver Silvermist family crest leads into a nearby chamber. You also see a grindstone, a granite crucible, an ingot cutter, a slack tub filled with water, a pile of fuel and an iron anvil.. Obvious paths: none.
paths: none.

[Silvermist Estate, Meeting Chamber]
Smoothly hewn, the walls exhibit a timeless display of fine craftsmanship. An expansive mural depicting the Sana'ati Dyaus and the village that grew around it covers the stone. Hanging across the exit, an exquisite fae-woven silk tapestry shows Leth Deriel filled with tents and other temporary housing to display more recent history, while a towering silversteel vault pierces the heavy stone nearby. Dominating the space, a massive dragonwood table etched with a map of Elanthia is surrounded by graceful sana'ati chairs, each of which bears a luminous dreamstone moonflower cradling a rivertear dew drop encased by tyrium flames that form the Silvermist family crest. Obvious exits: none..
paths: none.

LOOK at table:
Long and wide enough to take up nearly the entire room, the table's edges are cut roughly, but the surface is smooth and polished with time and use. Each Elanthian province is clearly detailed, etched deeply into the dark wood and limned with thealstone, while a flowing inscription encircles the spacious design. Collections of moonsilver figures, each carefully carved with a symbol of a royal or ruling house, oppose each other at various borders, with a small basket containing spare forces resting nearby
There appears to be something written on it..

[Silvermist Estate, Family Home]
Amidst the sana'ati and mistwood trees, a series of platforms and arches creates a myriad of rooms and meeting spaces for the Silvermist family to conduct business or simply to gather. Parchments and scrolls are piled high enough to block the windows of one such room whilst a seemingly random array of provisions can be seen inside the doorway of another. Near the shores of the lake, an enchanting opalescent felstone retreat rests serenely near the water, positioned to enjoy the spectacular view across the lake. Almost hidden within the forest, a cave appears to have been turned into a mine shaft with various tools and equipment stored nearby. This vast woodland seems to provide a sanctuary for the bustling community of the Silvermist Estate. An occasional ray of sunlight shifts through the leaves to glisten off the walls of the retreat that seems to be the heart of the estate. A central firepit provides a natural gathering place where fellowship and relaxation can be found. You also see a serene retreat with a small sana'ati tree growing in front of it, a central firepit surrounded by a series of luxurious couches and chairs and a low table with a couple of things on it. Obvious paths: none.

LOOK at a central firepit surrounded by a series of luxurious couches and chairs:

The smooth riverstone rocks have been artfully carved to create a large communal firepit, ideal for roasting food or simply providing a warm place to relax. A series of wide sana'ati heartwood couches upholstered in opalescent Elven silk offers space for couples to curl up together whilst individual armchairs offer solitary comfort. Stacks of quilts and blankets nearby offer extra warmth during the evening. A series of low tables between the couches and chairs offers a place to rest a plate or goblet. Looking in the central firepit, you see that it is unlit and completely filled with unburned fuel. No ash obstructs the proper ventilation of burning materials.

LOOK at a well used mine shaft flanked by crates of tools and supplies:

Strewn with the debris of mining, occasional chunks of minerals and glittering gems carpet the ground around the mouth of the mine. A series of crates etched with the Silvermist family crest hold an array of shovels and pickaxes. Nearby a well has been dug to provide a place to wash away the dirt of the mines. A mining helm rests atop the crates, the word "Saramei" painted on it. Leaning against the crates a shovel bearing the name "Gotinx" carved along the handle takes pride of place.
There appears to be something written on it.
A mine shaft reads:

[Silvermist Estate, Kintalia's Office]
Sunlight dances through the windows of this serene office. A finely etched platinum plaque with the words 'Talia's Office' has been attached to an elegant silkwood door that seals the arch from the hustle and bustle of the platforms beyond. The vantage point of the tree platform that the office resides on allows for a sweeping view across the serene, crystal-clear lake beyond the forest. Against one wall rests a bookcase housing a collection of books. A lady's desk sits next to the arched windows with a comfortable looking chair resting in front of it. A lengthy to-do list hangs across from the fireplace while a stack of documents and missives sit next to some refreshments on a side table. A pair of high backed goldenoak chairs face the desk. You also see a delicate sana'ati heartwood tree trunk etched with the Silvermist family crest, a mistwood stair and a side table with a few things on it. Obvious exits: none.

LOOK at a goldenoak lady's desk scattered with various documents and books:

Polished to a high sheen the surface of the dainty desk has been etched with silversteel gilded diminutive Elven ivy leaves that swirl at the edges. A set of drawers built into each side provides discreet storage. An inkpot and quill sit on the left corner with an orderly stack of documents while a neat stack of books rests on the right allowing the centre space to be utilized for writing.
LOOK on desk:
On the lady's desk you see a framed portrait.
The image of a Prydaen man is depicted.
There appears to be something written on it.
A framed portrait reads:
"Gotinx".

LOOK at bookcase:

Several titles span the shelves, including 'The History of the Silvermist Family by Kintalia Silvermist,' 'Discovering Serenity and Other Meditative States,' 'The Art of Service to Fellow Citizens,' and 'The Silvermist Family Archives by Klines Phoferaudru'.

LOOK at a pair of high backed goldenoak chairs:

Designed less for comfort and more for aesthetic quality the chairs have been elegantly carved with Elven ivy leaves that seem to drift on an errant breeze to tumble down the back of each chair. The only concession to comfort is the luxuriously padded seat of each chair that has been embroidered with a series of Elven ivy leaves in autumnal hues. The glittered threads add the impression of dew on the tip of each leaf.

LOOK at tree trunk:

A delicate sana'ati heartwood tree trunk etched with the Silvermist family crest, A heart with two names is elegantly carved into the surface of the wood. Tendrils of Elven ivy curl around the trunk, almost obscuring the etched cluster of moonflowers of the Silvermist family crest. Stylized flames of the Bloodspire family crest are artfully carved into the wood to encompass the dainty moonflowers.
There appears to be something written on it.
A tree trunk reads:
"Gotinx & Kintalia"
LOOK in tree trunk:
In the tree trunk you see a middle drawer, a top drawer, a small shelf with a pyramid-shaped Elven gold jewelry chest on it, designed with a clever hinge, the top point of the box can be tilted back to reveal any trinkets kept within. Set into the center of each side, rainbow sapphires are matched so that they all hold shades of gold, blue, and crimson to slightly varied degrees, a steel wire rack with an elegant silverwillow spellbook on it, the spellbook has been carefully bound in silverwillow, which is painted with a benevolent woodland dryad standing beneath a great oak tree. It appears to be in pristine condition and is beaded along the edges with some carved ruby wisps of flame, some intertwining vine-shaped green garnets and some dainty violet iolite fae. Bold calligraphy inlaid in exquisite platinum leaf scrawls dramatically over the silverwillow cover. An exquisite golden shoulder chain has been attached to the spellbook, allowing it to be worn over the shoulder, a brass hook with a giant party sack bedazzled with countless glitterstars and shadowstars on it, the fathomless dark depths and shimmering luminescence of the stellated gems form a repeating pattern of people sitting around a round table, a chess board, a two-colored dartboard, a stack of various Silvermist Family handbooks and documents and a blackwood wardrobe carved with sinuous dragons in flight, tiny faceted gems - emerald, ruby, and sapphire - have been inset into the eyes of the reptilian beasts that cover the entire surface. The lustrous wood has been polished to a high sheen, emphasizing the reddish highlights to the dense wood.

History

The Silvermist Estate is the ancient home of the House of Silvermist, within the grounds can be found Lake Serenity, an ancient lake with an island upon which the Maidens of Serenity train in the art of meditation and mediation. It is here that Lady Kintalia learnt the skills necessary to become an Ambassador to the Court of Prince Vorclaf. The Elven skiff "Serenity" is utilised to travel from the shore to the island upon the lake. As a personal request Lady Kintalia requested the relocation of an Ilithi peach tree which is her favourite fruit from home. The Estate Holders Council approved the relocation of the tree and special planting along the shoreline of the lake. Kintalia had a tree swing placed on the tree which is also one of her favourite things to do next to the lake.

The Home or "heart" of the Estate is the large forest which houses a number of large sana'ati tree's with numerous platforms where abodes, offices and store rooms can be found amongst other things. The abundance of sana'ati trees allowed for a special trade deal with the Estate Holders Council to craft a limited edition collection of home furnishings with extra storage capacity which were sold to home owners for a limited time including:

Kintalia's office can be located amongst the platforms of the Silvermist Estate. Her private residence is an enchanting opalescent felstone retreat located in the heart of the forest near the communal firepit which was placed in remembrance of Prydaen hubs. The firepit has a good supply of sana'ati wood toasting sticks and marshmallows, essentials for a good fireside gathering!. The Silvermist family mine can also be found at the heart of the Silvermist Estate, this mine is rich in rare metals and gems which is where the majority of the Silvermist family wealth originates from, as a result of these vast ores and gems the Silvermist family maintains trade deals to source rare none mineable metals such as Moonsilver, Icesteel and Silversteel which are all favoured by the Lady Kintalia. A dual guard is always vigilant at the gate to the Silvermist Estate to protect the mine as well as the residents of the estate.

Following the roadside along the Oxenwaithe's bank, you are struck by the quiet beauty of the place. Taking pause to breathe in the crisp, clean air, you reflect on your surroundings. Sand, sparkling as if mixed with diamond dust, pours into deep blue undulating waters. A lush copse of trees spreads to the north, while to the southeast, a series of delightful small buildings is set back from the river's edge. On either side, the ivy forms niches that cradle two dainty lifesculpted dragonwood sculptures that face one another, one an Elven woman holding a moonflower and the other a Prydaen man holding a flame. Finer branches at the heart of the gate have been crafted to form cursive script.
