A sigil book is used to store multiple Sigil scrolls. Using this storage will reduce your item count, and allow you to view all the sigils you have stored at a glance.
Currently, a small sigil book can be purchased at Enchanting Society Crafting Halls.
There is also a leather-bound sigilbook found in Baravor's Wagon. This book was used with the Constellation Jewelry system (pre-2019) and currently does not function with the Enchanting system.
