Syntax
The proper syntax is SHIP CRATE TO <person> IN <destination>
The shipping clerk makes some notes and says, "To ensure that all goes well let me review the information you have given. You want to ship your crate to <person> in the Crossing? Oh, and you need to make sure that <person> is a member of the Trader Guild. They won't be able to pick up the shipment if they aren't, which means the goods will be lost."
