First discovered by a pirate on Hara'jaal looking for past treasures, a deposit was found deep beneath the earth in the boundary between beach and bedrock -- possibly where light and oceanic pressure struck the dirt, stone, and sand together to symbiotic effect.

Scoundrel's diamonds are always blue-green with teal or turquoise hues due to the specific chemical content of the sand and bedrock on Hara'jaal, and can have gold or silver inclusions that are reminiscent of glitter.
