Background
Rault is the middle child of the Eldgrithan family, a prominent silk weaver lineage of the House of the Grey Storm. Reserved, secretive, and perhaps a bit neurotic, little is known about his daily life, other than that he acts in some vaguely official capacity representing Grey Storm interests in Throne City via his connections to the Assembly of Yavash.
Family
Rault’s father, tailor by trade, heads the family’s silk weaving workshop, Storms of Silk, in Shard. His mother, a talented mage, assists with the business, focusing more on enchantment and research.
Rault has an older sister, Zepentaria, and a younger brother, Whechard.
Trivia
- He is often seen attended by a dignified Shadow Servant.
- He was born with blue-black hair (like his siblings) but went white shortly after his first visits to the Astral Plane. This was also about the time he began to openly practice reverence to Dergati.
- For logistical convenience, he keeps a private manor one block west of the Elothean Houses Consulate in Shard instead of residing in local Eldgrithan Estates.
