Seems to be able to summon snaer hafwa and has made two attacks on the Crossing Forging Society.
Appearance
You see Cartographer Raelok of Elanthia, an Elothean.
Raelok has an oval face, almond-shaped silver eyes and a straight nose. His red hair is shoulder length and fine. He has fair skin and a slender build.
He is tall for an Elothean.
He appears to be an adult.
He has a long narrow mustache that droops to either side of the mouth on his upper lip and a long thin beard.
He is wearing a pair of ordinary shoes, a padded heavy titanese hood with fitted seams, a padded heavy titanese mask with fitted seams, a nightsilk duffel bag secured with slender leather straps, a shimmering faeweave baldric with cambrinth buckles, a woven shoulder tote, a black velvet robe stitched with diagonal bands of grey nightweaver silk, a diamond-hide shield edged with a tyrium band, an etched steel parry stick with black leather straps, some shalswar claw handwraps, some coarse shalswar-hide gloves, a pair of copper zills and a deep green crystal ring cut to resemble cracking moss-covered stone.
