I wouldn't want to take away from the surprise. Forging them also takes time I don't have today :(

In general I'd say they have the potential to be half-a-tier above the screaming katanas in base stats. Now I have been told the screaming katanas get some kind of bonus when they scream (not verified to be working, hell I don't even know if it worked in 2.0), so this balances it out somewhat.

The craft-able katanas (and the mystery weapon) also have several flashy verbs on them.
