There's some services we considered too vital to turn off (debt payment) and some we just flat didn't do for time reasons and never got around to shutting off (stat training).

SO works like this currently: You have a pool, from 0 to 100%. At the 50% mark, you flip over to being Perverse and all the crazy stuff begins happening. Nothing worse happens if you hit 100%, except that it takes that much longer to dip down below 50% again. SO is measured in days / weeks. In addition to this, there is a short-term get-the-hell-out-of-Dodge effect, measured in hours, where if you do something bad regardless of the SO state you need to keep your head down for a bit. This is the part of SO that non-Necromancers deal with as well.

The JUSTICE verb should be telling you if you're under either effect.
