Planets have two axis of change. One of them is if the planet is visible or not.

The change to the heavens causes the planets to rise and set essentially once a day whereas before they'd do that sort of kinda once a year (It was more messed up than that). The other axis for change remains the same and is in many cases quite slow.

So, once again, working as intended.
