| I've fixed titles for Moon Mages for the new skill system, and made a number of updates while I was at it.
Notable changes:
The 'classic' or 'magic' titles are now based off astrology and top magic and rescaled for the new circle requirements.
In many cases minor requirements for titles have been dropped (Mostly in the case of skill mergers where I didn't add a new requirement to replace the old).
The way thief requirements are calculated was entirely redone.
Alda Pelan once again requires a hefty amount of attunement.
The Transducer title was removed since Moon Mages don't really have any trans to duce.
A number of the 'combat' titles now require warding instead of primary magic (as was intended when I wrote them).
Titles added for the Children of Kalestraum.
Sect requirements were drastically redone. Each sect now requires a magic skill and a secondary skill.
Compact = Astro + Scholar
Monks = Attunement + Appraisal
Gypsies = Augmentation + Athletics
Pethians = Debilitation + Perception
Nomads = Warding + Outdoorsmanship
Tezzies = Arcana + Stealth
Heritage = Utility + Scholar
