It is intended that folks will [alloy] tools with oravir for the present. Later on that may not be wise when new crafting events that specifically target light tools and enchanting are out. The idea is that over time, you'll have to adjust what you offer to match the changing needs of crafters. Any system that grows stale also quickly grows boring :P
